I would have given them a 5 star, but they need to work more on their redemption process. They could actually be one of the BEST online casinos in my opinion. The few times I've had to contact them through live chat (Operator malfunction 💁🏻‍♀️ 🤣🤗 Not the app) they were very courteous and helpful explaining EVERYTHING to me and made sure anything ( I was doing wrong lol) was 100% resolved and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Most "customer service Representatives" I've ever had to speak to on any app is SUPER quick to get rid of you and half 🫏 do their job. It is the complete opposite here.
